		<description>It took me 20 years to learn this.  It was so ingrained, and seemed so obvious, that training to failure was what a &quot;real&quot; work out was about.  I did it every set, every exercise.  I&#039;m one of those people who puts in 100%, and why not with weights?  I assumed that you could make gains by &quot;slacking off&quot; and not training to failure, but wouldn&#039;t the body grow even faster if you worked harder?  I never thought that it might be possible to overtax the body and SLOW down gains.  I&#039;m putting in motion a new workout plan.  Several weeks no failure, higher frequency, then one or two weeks failure, then off week.  See how it goes.</description>
