Weight Loss Protein Supplement Advice You Need To Hear


When selecting a weight loss protein supplement not only do you need to know which type to go for, but you also need to know how to make them work for you optimally.

The 2 main factors are:

Is it low in sugar?

Many protein supplements have a lot of sugar in. I’m sure you don’t need to be told that sugar is the worst possible thing for you when trying to lose weight. Be sure that any weight loss protein supplement you choose is low in sugar.

Is it low in overall calories?

Sugar can contribute a lot to calories, but also can fat, which a lot of supplements contain. Low calories are what you need to lose fat, so if a protein supplement has a lot of calories in it, it won’t be much use for you trying to lose fat.

You should also stay clear from mixing any protein supplement with milk if you are trying to lose fat. Milk has a lot of calories in it, and can turn what would have been a low calorie protein drink into a lot of calories. I recommend using water, but if you can’t do that, then at least use the lowest calorie milk you possibly can.
