Any person of any age is capable of increasing their muscle mass with a good weight training regime and mass building diet. That’s not in question. However, it’s a sad fact of life that as we get older, we all find putting on muscle mass more difficult no matter how down pat we have our diet and training.

That’s why if you have ever envisaged having a great, well-muscled body at some point in your life, it is best you don’t put it off a moment longer and get started building it right away… because the clock is always ticking.
